Your choice of dashboard metrics and improvements to mobile and MicroIQ

Home shows the four figures you choose

The four numbers across the top of Home are no longer fixed. Click a tile's label and "Set a metric" opens under the strip: search the list and pick one of thirteen — sessions, total revenue, gross sales, orders, conversion rate, average order value, new customers, returning customer rate, orders to fulfil, payments pending, low stock, returns to review, or total sales by channel. That tile shows it from then on, and the choice is yours alone: a colleague on the same shop keeps their own four. Picking a metric that is already up swaps the two tiles rather than showing the same figure twice, and pointing at any tile still opens its trend underneath — with sales by channel showing a small table instead of a curve, because a split has no second line to draw.

The admin fits a phone again, and speaks one language

Home, orders, products, customers and the checkout settings no longer scroll sideways on a phone. The figures at the top of Home are two to a line instead of a row you had to swipe — four numbers, all of them on screen, with the period picker full width above them. The "What's new" card reads in your own language now: its date is formatted for your locale instead of an American one, its labels are sentence case instead of shouted in caps, and a release note we have translated is shown in Dutch. The customer list's empty state offers the same "Add customer" button the page header does, so an empty list is somewhere to start rather than a dead end.

MicroIQ answers about orders, payments and discounts again

Asking MicroIQ which orders still need shipping, what your payment settings are, or for a new discount code came back as "The action could not be completed." -- twelve abilities across three tools, failing on every call. Each of them looked up the merchant and the store from the page request, and a tool runs after the chat has already begun answering, when there is no request left to look at. They now take both from the conversation itself. Listing, opening, fulfilling, adding a note to, cancelling and refunding an order; reading and switching the payment provider and saving your Mollie settings; listing, creating and switching a discount code on or off all work from the chat again. Refunds, cancellations and payment changes still ask you to confirm on a card first, and still move exactly the money the order page moves.

MicroIQ answers about products, customers and settings again

Asking MicroIQ to list your products, open a customer, save a note on one, or read the store's general settings came back as "The action could not be completed." -- every time. Those twelve abilities looked up which tenant and which store to work in from the page request, and a tool runs after the chat has already begun answering, when there is no request left to look at. They now take both from the conversation, the same way the collection and revenue tools started to. Ask for your products and you get the list the Products screen shows; ask for a new draft product and it checks your plan's limit exactly as the Products screen does; ask to delete one and MicroIQ still asks you to confirm first, and the deletion still appears in the activity log.
